Henrik Nordvall is an assistant professor in adult education at Linköping University and a senior lecturer in education at Örebro University (Sweden). His doctoral thesis was about the organization of the global justice movement’s local Social Forums in Sweden. Current research projects include topics such as the educational background of the Swedish political elite; educational designs for critical pedagogy; and the global spread of the Scandinavian folk high school idea.
